My healing isn't over

“I didn’t find this ministry until after my husband became clean and this part of our lives together, talking with other wives of addicts, I’ve seen that my healing isn’t over and I’ve seen that is okay. God can restore anything, and this ministry taught me that. I have a beautiful baby boy and I want a peaceful and strong mother for him. Having a community like this keeps me focused on my own healing so my son has a brighter future. The resources and articles have been full of insight for my family’s continued recovery and I’m so grateful to God that I have found this place of supportive women.”

Husband is doing better than I thought

“It took me a while to realize that my husband is doing way better than I thought. He hasn't used drugs in years and I don't worry about that at all anymore. The thing I was hung up on was his drinking and that I was adamant that he never touch alcohol again. Through UnBound Me last year, I realized that controlled, non-binging consumption is okay. Ever since then, I feel God showing me that my husband truly is recovered and it's time for me to stop focusing on the addiction. It's time for both of us to learn in recovery and to find new life through Him. I feel pulled to continue to dive deeper into this relationship with Jesus and be excited about life again.”
