How has God used their habit to bless you?

“I had to separate from my husband due to his addiction. I have gone to spend time with my three children who live out of state but within hours of each other. I had not realized how much they were affected by all that has happened and I am so thankful to be here for them. As grown-up as they are, I still see them as my babies. I have also because of this being able to spend more time with my eight grandbabies. I see the Lord in everything in this mess. It is a struggle, but every time I want to give up, He lifts me up immediately. I am truly thankful for being able to lean on Him. I am also thankful for this ministry and looking forward to meeting others in this situation.”

“It has drawn me closer to Him and caused me to wrestle with my own shortcomings. Anger, bitterness. unforgiving attitude. I don't want to be like that and have had to grow to respond to my spouse's problems in a more Christ-like manner. Still a work in progress.”
